To go to Naples which is in South West Florida we had to drive through Alligator Alley, approximately 78 miles…
Alligator Alley is a long stretch of highway bordered by swampland.
From my view inside the car, I was amazed at the variety and number of birdlife on the trees and in the water… and numerous alligators sunning themselves along the river banks…
There were flowering trees…
and trees scorched by bush fires…
or dead from drought…
We met up with our fellow scout families at the KOA campgrounds…
Lots of these berries around…
Cubs are not supposed to play video games at camp
Legos are definely recommended …
For kids four to ninety nine.
The horse has fallen…
and the rider has lost his head…
We have to put them together again…
and now he’s furious that he lost his stallion..
